Privacy notice

This notice explains how Azorva Labs handles information submitted through the Azorva UAE business contact form. The public website is not a healthcare service and must not be used to send patient or medical information.

Information we receive

• the enquiry type, name, work email, organisation, role, country, message, and consent choice you submit;
• limited technical security data processed by our hosting providers, such as IP address, request time, browser information, requested path, and firewall action.

How we use it

We use contact details to answer enquiries, arrange demonstrations, assess pilot or partnership requests, maintain business correspondence, protect the website, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell contact-form information and this website uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Where it goes

Valid submissions are processed and stored in a private encrypted Amazon Web Services database. Form contents are not emailed. Authorised Azorva operators may export the records to a local spreadsheet using MFA-protected administrative access. AWS and its approved subprocessors may process information in other countries under their applicable safeguards.

Retention and security

Valid form records are scheduled for automatic deletion after 12 months unless a longer period is required for an active relationship, dispute, or legal duty. Recovery points may remain available to authorised administrators for up to 35 additional days. Blocked-request and application-security logs are normally retained for no more than 30 days and do not contain form bodies. We use encryption in transit and at rest, restricted cloud permissions, filtering, rate limits, recovery backups, and monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your contact information, withdraw consent, or object to further contact where applicable. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information when required by law.
